Trip price is for all passengers not per person.

     Full Day Offshore             $800

April-December only:   3 Days Offshore               $2200

        

Offshore trips usually consist of Sailfish, Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Striped Marlin, Yellow Fin Tuna, Dorado / Mahi Mahi, Red Pargo / Snapper, Giant Grouper / JewFish and Wahoo.   We fish between 18 and 40 miles offshore depending on where the fish are!

INSHORE PACKAGES

Full Day Inshore                             $600

Half Day Inshore                             $450

Inshore trips consist of RoosterFish, Snook, Mackeral, and Red Snapper.  Inshore trips are nice if you like to see the pristine undeveloped coastline North and South of Quepos along with several near shore islands.

FISHING INFO

Full day packages start at 7 am and run till 4pm and are often a bit extended due to long Marlin or Sailfish fights.  Half day trips are typically five hours long and are usually from 7-12 but can be scheduled whenever you like (low tide fishing is usually the best.) 

  Boat can comfortably fish 4 anglers, and we can allow a couple extra passengers (spectators or fisherman) if needed.  Trip price does not include fishing license which is 25 per person per year.   We also can give better rates for multiple-day bookings.  We are super flexible and can work with anybody.  Just give us a call or email and we'll get you fishing!

All charters include: Fresh Fish on the BBQ grill, fresh cold fruit snacks, ice cold beer and soft drinks, bait and conventional and spinning tackle.

QUEPOS FISHING FORECAST

August and September 2010

Offshore will be full of lots of Sailfish, Dorado, and the occasional school of Yellow Fin Tuna. Bottom fishing out on the Furuno banks has been awesome, setting the stage for some awesome Cubera Snappers and Amberjacks, and lots of reeling. There has also been quite a bit of bait on the Furuno so we have been filling the tunas tubes and spending the afternoons in the hunt for billfish out in deeper water. Haven't seen any marlin yet in August, but there have been quite a bit of sailfish for this time of year. Inshore we are now using the Sonar to find schools of larger Roosters and Snappers, and going after them with the downrigger. It should make for a different experience, with larger fish and more long battles. Fishing down lower also gives us the option of catching the occasional grouper. And here all the grouper qualify as keepers and you can eat your catch for dinner! Inshore should also come with the occasional Jack, Spanish Mackeral and Barracuda bite.
