La Mariposa Hotel
Large Hilltop Hotel overlooking the Pacific. One of the most famous hotels in Latin America, and featured in the book "1000 things to do before you die". I highly recommend this hotel, as I think it may have the best view of any hotel in the world. Seriously. People who don't even stay here often come by to see the sunset from the hotel restaurant.
